Treat every patient as an individual? Every family and every patient may have unique needs, so at Chisholm Trail Smile Center there are no routine appointments for new patients. We take the time to get to know each patient and listen to your needs of before we ask you to “say ahh.” A positive bond between patient and provider must be based on respect and open communication. We want to know where you’re coming from and what your concerns are before we initiate any oral care treatments. Our goal is to form a trusting relationship that will last for years.
Put patient experience first? Of course, we want to provide you with the best dental care you’ve ever had, but we fail in that job if we don’t make you feel comfortable and heard at every appointment. Many of our patients come to us with a great deal of emotional baggage surrounding oral care, including dental anxiety, special needs, and a history or traumatic experiences. We want your experience at Chisholm Trail Smile Center to be different. You won’t find any oral health shaming or snippy lectures from our staff. Our goal is to give you best experience you’ve ever had in an oral care setting.
Provide emergency appointments? Some dentist’s offices say they provide emergency appointments, but then you still have to wait several days before being seen! Dr. Matthew Bridges cannot stand to see anyone suffering a toothache or other painful dental crisis, so we honor our promise to provide emergency care. If our office is open, we will make time for you.
Make paying for dental care affordable? Whether you have dental insurance coverage or not, we believe everyone deserves quality dental care. Period. Health Choice and Delta Premier are our in-network providers, but we will happily file with any insurer. We also accept Medicare for accepted procedures and CareCredit financing. We even offer in-office payment plans, which let you spread your payments out into manageable monthly sums.
With every treatment plan, we take the time to discuss the cost before initiating treatment. If you feel the cost of treatment is higher than you can afford, we will take the time to help you identify possible sources of financing that may be available to you.
Make children feel welcome and calm? We believe that early dental visits are the key to making children feel safe and well cared for by their dental office. Bring your little ones in as soon as they have teeth, and we’ll start them off with early “happy visits” so they understand from an early age that the dentist’s office is a place of joyful interactions.
There are plenty of dentists who promise to provide excellent care for children, but the reality is “only if those children act like little adults.” At Chisholm Trail Smile Center, we welcome children with all their inquisitiveness, energy, caution, and curiosity. Your child will feel free to be himself/herself with Dr. Bridges and our staff.
